I am super excited to be teaching this Spring-Themed class!
This is going to be a hands-on, immersive & fun-filled workshop!
We are also excited to announce that this is the first Herbal Event that is held on a Saturday. There will be more to come!

This class will be held on Saturday April 19th here at our shop Natural Affinity which is located in the beautiful Sequatchie Valley!

Spring is here and the most beautiful plants and flowers are popping up all over the Valley! At this workshop we are going to discuss and learn about a variety of these different medicinal beauties and you will be learning how to make herbal infusions hot and cold. There will also be plenty of samples for you to taste and you will be formulating a nourishing herbal infusion of your very own to take home.

After a long winter our systems can tend to get a little sluggish so we'll discuss which herbs can help bring energy and bring balance back into our bodies. Many of them are growing right outside of your own front doors! Weather permitting, we will take a walk out back and do some plant identification as well.

We'll learn about herbs that assist with lymphatic support, nourishing your liver and more!

Everyone attending will also get to experience an herbal respiratory steam and learn about herbs that can bring support and care to this entire system.

At the end there will be herbs available for you to formulate an herbal steam that is just right for you.

**Things you will need to bring:
A towel to do herbal respiratory steam.
You will want to bring something to write or take notes in. Print Outs for the event will be provided as well.

Herbal Tea and a light snack will be provided.

Our door will be open for this event at 2:00 if you'd like to come a little early to get settled in.

We will begin at 2:30 CST.
